Operational Manager
Task and Resposibility :
* Able to plan branch/area strategy
* Evaluate and monitoring sales achievement continously
* Record the number of sales for data analysis and forward planning, sales volumes to maximize profits
* Planning and do the promotions
* Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other related issues
* Reviewing and ensuring the readiness of sales order to delivery process
* Coordinate with the head office and other branches to determine the sales area and coordinating sales targets
* Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensuring efficiency
* Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
* Dealing with HR issues such as interviewing potential staff, conduct performance appraisals and evaluations, providing or organizing training and development
* Identify and quickly resolve urgent problems
* Involved in every aspect that related to management and enterprise systems.
Qualifications:
* Male
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Management
* Minimum 3 years of experience in same position
* Target oriented
* Good personality
* Good leadership skill and able to communicate well
* Wlilling to be assign to all operational unit
* Able to work underpressure and hard worker
